Villa Castelletta, A well appointed holiday apartment for rent in Le Marche

Included

Electricity, gas for cooking, linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels are available for hire at a minimal cost. A welcome pack will be provided containing water, bread, butter, milk, ham, cheese, eggs and wine.

Central Heating

Available if required at an additional charge based on usage. Approximately £50 per week based on six hours a day.

Bookings

Normally Saturday-to-Saturday however other periods will be considered depending on availability. Arrival is from 3 p.m. and the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

On receipt of your request we will send you an e-mail confirming the cost, deposit and details and dates for payment. The apartment will be held for 5 working days pending receipt of the deposit or full payment if applicable. Once the payment has been received you will receive a confirmation of booking.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.

If the holiday being booked is less than 8 weeks before your arrival date the full cost is payable to secure the booking.

Cancelations

Can only be accepted by e-mail and will be subject to loss of deposit up to 8 weeks before arrival, after which the full amount is payable.

Housekeeping

The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and the beds made up. It will then be cleaned and linen changed weekly.

Animals

Unfortunately we cannot accomodate any of your animals.

Deposit

A refundable deposit of €250 is payable on arrival. The deposit less any deductions for damage, breakages and uncleanliness will be refunded on departure. We ask you to be responsible for leaving the apartment, and all equipment provided in a clean, tidy and fit state of repair.

Liability

We do not accept liability for damage or injury or loss to person or property and recommend you take out your own insurance.

Pool

The use of the pool is at your own risk and there is no Lifeguard. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your party. The shallow end of the pool is 1.2 metres deep and the deep end is 1.8 metres deep.

Occupancy

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people. Extra people will not be accommodated. Any attempt to sleep extra people will result in the whole party being asked to leave.

Acceptance

Making a booking is considered to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
